Hooray! I love the Medieval Genre too.
I know you said you've seen Robin Hood, but there are several different series floating around. One that I particularly love is Robin Hood BBC. There was also a movie of Robin Hood that came out a little over a year ago.
This isn't strictly Medieval, but also done by the BBC was a series called Merlin. It takes place in a fictional world called Camelot.
There is also a movie called the Messenger, the Story of Joan of Arc, from 1999. I'm pretty sure it's on YouTube.
And there is a miniseries of Joan of Arc (which, by some strange coincidence is also from 1999).
Another TV show done by the BBC is called The Tudors. It follows the life of Henry VIII (the man known for executing/divorcing multiple wives). Again, not from the Middle Ages, but still interesting.

You could try:
'The Dark Ages' Follows medieval English settlers in 999AD (1999)
'Ivanhoe' which is a TV adaptation of a novel, set in the crusades. (1997)
More recently you could watch 'The Tudors' (2007), it's a bit, uhh, "full on" lol.
BBC recent Merlin (2008), Series 4 is coming soon, so if you haven't seen it you can catch up with DVDs.
It's worth mentioning Camelot (2010) from US channel Starz, only one series but if you like your 'middle age' TV then I suggest you give it a watch.
