Pillars of the earth?

according to the bible earth has pillars

Job 9:6 Which shaketh the earth out of her place, and the pillars thereof tremble.

Psalms 75:3 The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.

1 Sameul 2:8 %26amp; Job 9:6 %26amp; Psalms 75:3 says that Earth has got pillars.

And the earth obviously has no pillars. How do christians explain?Pillars of the earth?
Quran also says the same.

Quran also says that there are currents of cold and warm water in the sea at the same time. It also says that when two rivers, one having sweat water and other having salted water, fall in a sea their waters flow separately up to a certain distance. It was not possible, until recent times, to accept this statement of Quran as true. Now science has made enough progress and has proved this statement of Quran as true. Our God, by this way, shows us that path which we should opt for success in life here and hereafter.
Again, having even a rudimentary knowledge of Hebrew would help a lot, and you should also be asking Jews, since the Tanakh was theirs long before Christianity existed.

Jews never believed the Earth had pillars, so obviously, they understood that the passages that spoke of the Earth having pillars were not literal. That's the way it was always understood.Pillars of the earth?
Yes, the earth does have pillars. There are lots f things that you do not see which yet do exist. The Bible is not just a physical Book, it also contains the spiritual and those are the things you dont get to see with your eyes
How many times have you used the phrase, "the sun is setting"?

This kind of argument is so weak that it hurts the atheist position.Pillars of the earth?
Buy a Dictionary and look up the words "idiom" and "metaphor".
