I've been doing a bit of reading lately about the Five Element Theory (Wu Xing) which says that we are essentially made up of five different elements or qualities. I've noticed that I seem to have a HUUUGE imbalance of metal (organisation, perfectionism- not surprising, as I was born in a metal year) and a not quite as big imbalance of water (introversion) in my life, and it's pretty much destroyed my wood (motivation and drive) and fire (passion, emotion and creativity) elements. I think my earth quality is ok, it's just chugging away, but not quite as much as metal or water.
I'm curious is anyone has any advice on how to rectify this? Any personal feng shui or wu xing tips for bringing my elements back into balance? I'd like only serious answers, please.

You need to take up Qigong to balance out, something like Wild Goose or Ba Duan Jin.
None of those are, of course, elements.
