How come BIBLE says that EARTH has got PILLARS?

1 Sameul 2:8 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD's, and he hath set the world upon them.





Job 9:6 Which shaketh the earth out of her place, and the pillars thereof tremble.



Psalms 75:3 The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.



1 Sameul 2:8 %26amp; Job 9:6 %26amp; Psalms 75:3 says that Earth has got pillars.



Would you still believe that these words are from God almighty who created the heavens and Earth.????



If not then how can you be sure that other parts of bible are authentic, unlike these verses. Are you willing to bet your life on a book like this?

Pillar's of the earth refers to the princes of the world or the supreme rulers of the world or the earth. In this instance, in Samuel, the Lord has declared the poor and just to inherit the kingdom of God and the pillars of the earth or the rulers of the earth are the pillars who God has chosen to rule in the world. In Job shaking pillars refers to the last days when the rulers of the earth will tremble with the rath of God, also Psalms is basically the same thing.
