PLEASE PLEASE!!!! 10 POINTS!This is the third time I've asked this, please someone tell me the moral of the book the pillars of the earth!?
Keep in mind that this is just my opinion. I have read the book but I am no authority on morals. But I think the moral of the book is that royal authority is no longer absolute. My reasons for saying this is that by the end of the book, the king has been brought low by the papal authority and suffers punishment for his part in trying to stop the building of the cathedral. It sounds good anyway.
