As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world beganWhat is the difference between the earth and the world by these verses ?
In most of the cases the words "earth" and "world" are used interchangeably to express the same concept in poetic terms.

For instance: "Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him."

The two same physical locations are in mind here but the emphasis is on the people. So when it says "Let all the "earth" fear, it means the "the inhabitants of the world".

That's a part of Hebrew poetry. Instead of rhyming syllables they rhyme ideas or concepts expressed in different ways in order to give added emphasis.

In the New Testament there are uses of the word translated into English as "world" that refer to the "world system" that denies God. But in the verses you posted the "earth" or the "world" refer to a location or the people in that location. What is the difference between the earth and the world by these verses ?
To find out what "world " or "earth" means in a scripture you could read the context ( the scripture before and after) - or consider the whole scripture . You will find out this way if it refers to human kind or the "globe"

Another way of finding out is more complicated , is to find the original "Greek" or "hebrew" word

The Hebrew ’e′rets and the Greek ge (from which come the English words “geography” and “geology”) mean “earth; ground; soil; land” (Ge 6:4; Nu 1:1; Mt 2:6; 5:5; 10:29; 13:5), although in some cases they may stand in a figurative sense for the people of the earth, as at Psalm 66:4 and Revelation 13:3. Both ?oh·lam′ (Heb.) and ai·on′ (Gr.) relate basically to a period of time of indefinite length. (Ge 6:3; 17:13; Lu 1:70) Ai·on′ may also signify the “system of things” characterizing a certain period, age, or epoch. (Ga 1:4) Che′ledh (Heb.) has a somewhat similar meaning and may be rendered by such terms as “life’s duration” and “system of things.” (Job 11:17; Ps 17:14) Oi·kou·me′ne (Gr.) means the “inhabited earth” (Lu 21:26),
