I'm desperate for shows based in a fantasy type world or medieval/middle ages time period with sword fighting and big battles and old style political games and all that good stuff. Do either or both of these shows fit the bill?Do the tv shows the Tudors and pillars of the earth have a lot of action?
The Tudors is mostly political intrigue and sex. Pillars of the Earth has more battle scenes.
You might want to check out Merlin, Robin Hood, Legend of the Seeker, and Game of Thrones (which is coming out soonish). Also, Camelot will be debuting this summer and it looks very action packed.
