Have you ever read anything by Madeleine L'Engle? Shes one of my very favorites. She writes a bunch of books on a character named Vicky Austin. Titles are: "A Ring of Endless Light", "Moon by Night"... a bunch of others. For sure, check those out. So good. I've read more than once.

Another good one is "Captain Correlli's Mandolin" by Louis de Berniere. I picked it up after seeing the film and was completely blown away. Its a bigger book but so beautifully written.

Hope you find some good books to fall in love with!Good Reads?
if you started reading The Pillars of the earth, you should finish it, because that book is one of the best i have read lately.
"Expecting Adam," Martha Beck, has a lot of good features: warm, personal, funny, profound, well-written; problem may be, that it's her true life story of a year in her life.

"West with the Night," Beryl Markham, likewise autobiographical; Hemingway's favorite non-fiction book.

"Hope Rising" and "Bridge Called Hope," Kim Meeder, contemporary teen and abused horses healing true stories.

"When Invisible Children Sing," Dr. Huang, likewise.

"The Great Divorce," C. S. Lewis; great fiction.

"The Neverending Story," Michael Ende; great for your inner child at any age.

"Men in White Apparel," Ann Ree Colton; great.

"Soul Mates and Twin Flames," Elizabeth Clare Prophet.

"The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce?", Free and Wilcock, http://www.divinecosmos.com A true-life story of a young American's coming of age.

"The Beautiful Story of a Master," Louise-Marie Frenette. A warm account for inner child of all ages.

"The Overachievers," Alexandra Robbins' good reporting of high school stress. Perfect for graduates :)Good Reads?
if you liked The Pillars of the Earth you might like Ken Follet's other books like Night Over Water, A Dangerous Fortune and The Whiteout. Nicholas Sparks and John Grisham are other authors i would recommend. Og Mandino, Neale Walsch, and Mitch Albom's works would be great, too.

read on!!! :-)
Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead

Marked by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast

Uglies by Scott Westerfeld ( and any other books by him.)

Tithe by Holly Black (any others of hers!)
