Which one is better for a 17 year old ?

I'm on vacation and I've been looking for a good book to read but I can't really make up my mind between these 4 books :

1. The Pillars of The Earth - Ken Follett

2. Anna Karenina - Leo Tolstoy

3. As I Lay Dying - William Faulkner

4. Love In The Time Of Cholera - Gabriel Marquez

So, I would really like to know which one of these books is the best. Any other recommendations are truly appreciated. Please and thank you.Which one is better for a 17 year old ?
I'll answer about 'As I Lay Dying' as we've just finished studying it for our A2 coursework. It's a weird book, the chapters are passages written in the persona of the individual characters, so you get a good range of opinions and interpretations. Basically their mum dies and they make a journey from out in the Mississippi stakes to a town to bury her, fighting amongst each other on the way... it's very deep and emotional. A good read!
any Lee Child books with Jack Reacher, action and all the rest, entertaining like a movie in a bookWhich one is better for a 17 year old ?
You can't ever go wrong with William Faulkner...
4 th one is must read book, so go for tht!!Which one is better for a 17 year old ?
